1. If you mean online there are many top notch brokers
2. I'd go with some EFTs. IAU or GLD for gold and SLV for silver, but there are others to pick from.
3. I buy my gold Kruggerands & silver bars from a local coin dealer. Get the yellow pages out, they're not hard to find. I sometimes buy my Morgan silver dollars off e-bay.
4. I have found that ebay works well for buring small amounts of silver and gold. I have listed a few other dealer links below.
